CYCLUS TOOLS head tube reamer IS 41.7 (41.7/6.5/36°), spare cutting head.
Utilise the head tube reamer to ready head tubes, featuring a 44 mm inner diameter and 6.5 mm milling depth, for integrated headset installation. The bearing shell seats are angled at 36°. With the milling cutter, you can craft planar and coaxial shell seats in the head tube.
The individual milling cutters were named according to the new naming system S.H.I.S.: (Standardized Headset Identification System). consists of the type of headset and the associated inside diameter of the head tube e.g. EC 34:
EC (External Cup), ZS (Zero Stack) and IS (Integrated Standard).

Note:
- For a complete tool you also need to order the holder for the head tube cutter (item number: 720211) and the cone guide (item no .: 720943).
- Always only turn in clockwise direction.
