Your body needs carbohydrate to replenish glycogen stores to ensure you’re ready to go again. REGO Rapid Recovery contains a complete amino acid profile enhanced with 2.5g of L-Leucine. Leucine is an especially important amino acid as it provides the signal to stimulate muscle protein synthesis in the hours after exercise.
